Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

At Planet Padel, we offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. We use reliable carriers to ensure your products arrive quickly and safely. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Please contact us for more information on shipping prices and delivery times. We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. If you have any questions about our shipping or return policies, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our friendly customer service team is always here to help.

All goods purchased from Planet Padel follow this shipping policy:

1. We offer free shipment on purchases above R5000

2. For purchases under R5000, a R200 delivery fee is applicable.

3. Your order is handed over to a third-party courier service, a tracking number will be provided, and fulfillment of your delivery will be handed over to this service provider.

4. Orders will be delivered in 2-5 working days in cities and close surrounding areas. Area’s over 50kms outside of city centers may take longer depending on courier lead-times.

5. We only offer delivery to addresses within South Africa.

6. No changes may be made to your delivery address once described in your order.

7. You are encouraged to check the contents of your purchase upon receipt from the courier service to ensure all items are accounted for and in new condition.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Planet Padel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We will gladly exchange an item for another item of the same or greater value at no charge. If you wish to return an item and receive a refund, then we can arrange collection from your address for a R200 return fee or you are welcome to send the item back to us through your own service providers. Rackets, Balls, and Grips are non returnable items. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received it.
