We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We will gladly exchange an item for another item of the same or greater value at no charge. If you wish to return an item and receive a refund, then we can arrange collection from your address for a R150 return fee or you are welcome to send the item back to us through your own service providers. Rackets, Balls, and Grips are non returnable items
